| Governor Gibbons Appoints Clark County District Judge |

Governor Jim Gibbons has appointed Elissa Cadish district court judge for the Eighth Judicial District Court (Clark County), Department 6. She will serve the remainder of retiring District Judge Joseph Bonaventure's term which expires in January 2009.
Cadish has been a shareholder at the law firm of Hale Lane Peek Dennison and Howard with a specialty in civil litigation.
