The Nevada Supreme Court has scheduled a Public Administrative Meeting for Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. On the agenda is a discussion of this court's order of January 4, 2008, in the Matter of Issues Concerning Representation of Indigent Defendants in Criminal and Juvenile Delinquency Cases.
The hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the Supreme Court in Carson City, and will be video-conferenced to the Courtroom on the 17th Floor of the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas.
