Public Meeting to Review Competency Issues

The Nevada Supreme Court has scheduled a public meeting for Monday, April 7th, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. to review the procedures adopted by the Chief Judges of the Eighth Judicial District Court and the Las Vegas Township Justice Court regarding competency issues.

The meeting will be held in the Courtroom on the 17th Floor of the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas.
