The written examination retake will be available to those persons who:
- failed the written exam (did not achieve a score of 80% as of January 1, 2008) or
- did not pass the oral exam within 2 years of passing the written exam.
Per Certified Court Interpreters Advisory Committee’,s unanimous recommendation from April 4, 2008, in order to become eligible for retesting on the written exam, the abovementioned persons must attend the ‘,Skill-building Workshop’, organized by the AOC Certified Court Interpreter Program.
