The Judicial Branch Auditor has recently completed the revised Minimum Accounting Standards Checklist, Version 2.2. Please use this version of the checklist for your annual Minimum Accounting Standards Checklist (MAS) submissions due on December 1, 2008. A copy of the revised Minimum Accounting Standards Checklist, Version 2.2 will be sent to all courts by email.

If your court has not provided an email address to the Administrative Office of the Courts, a copy of the revised checklist will be sent through US Mail. As a reminder, if you court recently received a triennial MAS performance audit, please remit the triennial MAS checklist and auditor results/recommendations by December 1, 2008.

Please note, if your court is submitting a triennial MAS performance audit on December 1, 2008, you not required to submit an annual MAS checklist at the same time. However, if your court did not undergo a triennial MAS performance audit after last year's MAS submission, the annual MAS checklist will be due on December 1, 2008.
