Privacy Policy for the Supreme Court of Nevada Website

The Supreme Court of Nevada (Court) respects your right to privacy and your ability to make informed choices about the use of your personal information is important to us. This privacy Policy explains how the Court collects, uses and protects your personal information. Disclosure of personal information through the Court website is strictly voluntary.

What Information Is Collected and Stored?

However, we do not and cannot guarantee that personally identifiable information collected from our website will never be disclosed manner that is inconsistent with this privacy policy.

The information posted on the Court website includes hypertext links or pointers to information created and maintained by other public and/or private organizations.
