The Supreme Court of Nevada (Court) respects your right to privacy and your ability to make informed choices about the use of your personal information is important to us. EXCEPTION The Court may disclose personally identifiable information in response to a request for information or service. We may also disclose information as necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

The Court takes appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of personal information provided to us. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that personally identifiable information collected from our website will never be disclosed manner that is inconsistent with this privacy policy.

The information posted on the Court website includes hypertext links or pointers to information created and maintained by other public and/or private organizations.
