The Supreme Court has set a hearing on ADKT 411 (Indigent Defense Order) for April 7, 2009, at 1:30 pm to hear Washoe and Clark Counties' request for an extension of time to complete the weighted caseload study of their respective public defender offices.

The Court will also hear from public defenders on the training that has been conducted regarding the Performance Standards that go into effect on April 1, 2009.
