Committee on Juvenile Deliquency Procedural Rules

Pursuant to the Nevada Rules on the Administrative Docket, and in response to a request by the Hon. William O. Voy, District Court Judge, Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, we hereby create a study committee to be know as the Study Committee on Juvenile Delinquency Procedural Rules. The Committee shall study the issues and concerns arising in the conduct of juvenile delinquency proceedings and, in light of those considerations, recommend to this court proposed rules to govern the procedure to be followed in juvenile delinquency cases.
