As a service to members of the bench and bar, these preliminary prints of Nevada Reports pages are posted to the court’s website as they are released (usually in batches of four to six opinions). Preliminary prints are subject to typographical revision before publication in final form in the official bound volume of the Nevada Reports. Revisions to the preliminary prints are noted in the Revision List, which is also posted to the court’s website. As revisions are made, the affected batch of preliminary prints is replaced with the revised version on the website. In case of discrepancies between the preliminary print and the final version in the bound volumes of the Nevada Reports, the bound version controls. Readers are requested to notify the Supreme Court Clerk of any typographical or other format errors so that corrections may be made before the final version goes to press.
