Nevada Judicial Conduct Code Commission

The Nevada Supreme Court formed the Nevada Judicial Conduct Code Commission on June 16, 2008, for the purpose of conducting the first comprehensive examination of the Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct since its adoption in 1991. The Commission is evaluating the 2007 ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct for possible adoption in Nevada. Drafts of the Commission’s proposed revisions to the Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct are posted on this site for review. Judges, lawyers, and interested members of the public are encouraged to submit their comments on the Judicial Conduct Code and the Commission’s proposals.
