Study Committee on Uniform Rules of Practice for Medical Malpractice Cases

Pursuant to the Nevada Rules on the Administrative Docket, and to continue the work started by Justice Ron Parraguirre while he was in district court, we hereby create a study committee to be known as Study Committee on Uniform Rules of Practice for Medical Malpractice Cases.  The Committee shall study the issues and concerns arising in the conduct of medical malpractice cases and, in light of those considerations, recommend to this court proposed rules to govern the procedure to be followed in medical cases.
