The Nevada Supreme Court has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, December 9, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. on proposed Uniform Rules of Practice for Medical Malpractice Cases and proposed stock Interrogatories for Use in Medical Malpractice Cases.
