Public hearing on proposed amendments: September 18, 2012, at 3 p.m.

Deadline for written comments: September 14, 2012, at 5 p.m.

The Nevada Supreme Court will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, regarding a draft policy regarding handling filed, lodged, and presumptively confidential documents; the draft policy was compiled by the Commission on Preservation, Access, and Sealing of Court Records.

 The hearing will be held in the Nevada Supreme Court Courtroom at 201 South Carson Street in Carson City and will be videoconferenced to the Nevada Supreme Court Courtroom at the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Street, 17th Floor, in Las Vegas.

In addition to the public hearing, the court invites written comments on the proposed amendments.  To comment in writing, please send an original and 8 copies of written comments to: Tracie K.
