Chief Justice William Maupin To Deliver State of the Judiciary Address on March 7

Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice William Maupin will deliver the State of the Judiciary address at the Nevada Legislature to lawmakers and Gov. Jim Gibbons on Wednesday, March 7 at 5 p.m.

For those around Nevada unable to attend, the address can be viewed on the Internet at http://www.leg.state.nv.us/audio/AudioVideo.cfm. Chief Justice Maupin’,s address will be posted here on the Supreme Court website following the event.

The Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court traditionally delivers a State of the Judiciary address early in the Legislature’,s biennial session outlining the status, accomplishments and goals of the judiciary.

The address will be followed by a reception at 6 p.m. in the Supreme Court rotunda in Carson City.
