Webcast of Supreme Court Public Hearing on Foreclosure Mediation Rules
Watch the Public Hearing at Noon on June 26

The Nevada Supreme Court is webcasting its public hearing in Las Vegas on the proposed rules to govern the legislatively-created Foreclosure Mediation Program.  

The webcast of the public hearing can only be accessed through the Supreme Court website while the hearing is in progress.  The webcast will not be archived on the website.

CLICK HERE to watch the public hearing.  Viewing the public hearing is only possible while it is in progress.  The public hearing is scheduled to begin at noon on Friday, June 26.

While the Supreme Court will be conducting the public hearing in Las Vegas, it will also be videoconferenced to the Supreme Court courtroom in Carson City.  Members of the public are invited to offer their comments about the proposed rules and may do so from either location.
