The Nevada Supreme Court is pleased to announce the release of its summary of legislation from the 2009 Session of the Nevada Legislature. This publication can be found here.
The publication is designed to provide judges, attorneys, and other interested parties with information on bills passed during the most recent session, and to highlight bills that are of the importance to the justice community.
