Tuesday, 03 August 2010 14:25

The Supreme Court of Nevada has completed its new Case Management System which will allow for better management of case information, parties, and attorneys and will allow for public access of case information.  The Case Management System is integrated with the current Efiling system and Document Management Systems.  The Supreme Court of Nevada will begin use of the new system on August 23, 2010.

In order to prepare for the new system, the Efiling system will be unavailable for one week while all of the cases are converted to the new system.  Downtime will begin at 8:00 am PDT on Monday, August 16, 2010.  The system will be unavailable from this time until 8:00 am PDT on Monday, August 23, 2010.  Before the system comes down on Monday, August 16, 2010, please submit any drafts filings that you do not wish to lose and log out of the system.

Please note that during this downtime:

  • The Clerk's Office will be approving or rejecting all pending filings currently in the Efiling system
  • Attorneys, District Court Clerks, and Settlement Judges should file all documents in paper
  • All receipts and notifications will be sent out in paper
  • All drafts filings that have not yet been completed and submitted will be permanently removed

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office at 775-684-1600 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
