As you are aware the Trial Court Support staff has been working on several projects to improve services over the last few months. We want to thank you for your patience during this time and as we continue to work through resolving some of the unexpected items that have occurred.

 We look forward to continuing our efforts to enhance the NCS program. Currently we are reviewing ways to improve the Crystal reporting services and assessing the replacement to newer technology for case management and/or integration systems. We are also looking at upgrading the CourtView case management system electronic citation and payment possibilities, as well as electronic DMV reporting. Each of these items is described in greater detail below to provide you with an update on where we plan to concentrate our efforts over the upcoming months…..and beyond!
